Do I need a driving licence?
For quago One and quago Isola yes, a category B licence. E-bikes and scooters follow the micromobility rules of the Highway Code.
How do I unlock the vehicle?
From the app: reach the vehicle, press and hold to unlock. Battery and range are always visible on the dashboard.
